New version doesnt work

I have been using this app for awhile now and this version is clearly going in the wrong direction. I can log on to the website no problem but the app now says "network connection lost". This is an app we pay for therefore I expect it to be working at all times except for needed website maintenance. Please fix this since obviously most of us rely on this and need it to be working. Thank you!
