NEED TO FIX!!

Once I delete an email (on accident) I cannot move it back to my inbox. If there is a way, then its not obvious and user friendly. I cannot request every Tuesday off. I have to manually enter the request week by week. I was told this function is available on the website, but not the app. Other than that, it functions as the communication tool it is meant to be.

The worst!

Not very versatile or functional. You cant view previous days schedules or the weekly schedule as a whole or see the weekly schedule with coworkers. The app constantly crashes and you have to log in separately online as its a different forum than the app. The worst employee scheduling app ever!!!

No access

I have the old version of this app but it wont let me update to the new version and the old version wont let me log in...

Annoying

For an app that you have to pay for it sure does crash a lot and have a lot of glitches...

Terrible

I paid for this and with this new update all it does it crash and will not let me see my schedule. It only offers me settings and training. And no other screens. I do not buy apps. This is the only app Ive paid for on this phone.

Horrible

I dont have a problem paying for apps but to pay for an app (out of necessity), it has only worked for me once and I cant find contact information anywhere. Im highly dissatisfied with this entire experience.

Works fine

Dont know why all these reviews are saying it crashes and doesnt work Ive never had a problem with my app. Very useful and worth the money.

Not worth it

Unless they work out the kinks not worth it. Yes you can view your schedule. Thats all you can do. Cons: Messages cannot be viewed on your email. You have to log onto the app in order to view it. You cannot respond to messages via email, but instead have to log onto the app and do it There is no personal calendar synchronization on the app that would connect app to iCalendar Mediocre project on the hot schedules team. Creates a schedule monopoly app and no competition for it hence he crap we get.

I updated the app since it needed some bug improvements, but unfortunately it is still not working properly

So I just updated my HotSchedules app and now it doesnt work at all!! It keeps coming up with an error message saying You need to have a higher position to view this page

Sql error

Please fix the app I have been trying to log in and it keeps telling me SQL error its starting to get on my nerves

This app doesnt work... Anymore

I had the app on my old phone and everything was fine and I could see my schedule. After getting a new phone and redownloading the app all I get is Training and Settings tabs. It doesnt seem like they are trying to fix the problem.

I love this app

This app is b@d@$$! It makes swapping shifts with coworkers, requesting time off and getting my shift covered so easy. I have had very little trouble with it and when I did they have forums online you can search your problem and find an answer, I have also talked to heir techs over the phone and they have been very helpful and friendly. I <3 HotSchedules !

Convenient for employers

New update

I can not even open my app any more since the new up date. Can not even sign in to check my schedule . Really frustrated .

Cant log in!!!

Ever since the new update I cant log in. It keeps taking me to some HS Recruit website which I dont want.
