I have been using this app for awhile now and this version is clearly going in the wrong direction. I can log on to the website no problem but the app now says "network connection lost". This is an app we pay for therefore I expect it to be working at all times except for needed website maintenance. Please fix this since obviously most of us rely on this and need it to be working. Thank you!

Crashes, glitchy, they removed the roster feature which was so helpful. Nightmare of an app

This app is a lifesaver! Such a shame all these one star reviews are crowding up the page. Hotschedules as a whole experienced latency issues the morning of January 26th, 100% unrelated to the update. It was back up within hours. This app is hands down the best way to get shifts covered/pick them up and communicate with your managers/coworkers. Love yall!

I was able to log on once and now all I get is the recruit app ad. I need to be able to see my schedule please fix!!!

This app would be great if it was always working. Multiple times a week there will be some sort of error in which you cant even get onto the app. Being in the service industry, we are constantly checking out schedule. Also, we are constantly switching shifts and picking up shifts. With the app always being down, it is very frustrating. There are other scheduling apps like When I Work that can do the same thing, work all the time, and are a free download.

You charge 3 dollars for the only app that anyone who uses hot schedules cares about, and just like the website, it constantly crashes and loads slower than a dying slug. I wish I could say Im surprised, but just like with any business, it seems you have to screw over everyone and do less work than is needed to get ahead. Then you tell everyone the opposite.

It was working fine never had problems but I attended a one hour meeting for my work and my boss added the hour to our pay. Now everytime I go on the app a pop up for notification wont go away and cant see my schedule even if I press acknowledge.

This app is far better than the website. Especially to see who Im working with or who is not working. It works, it gets the job done and it simplifies work.

I constantly have issues logging in and viewing my schedule

HotSchedules is my favorite app. I use it everyday. I have no idea where Id be without it! I love being able to have visibility in to my schedule and the ownership to be able to release and pick up shifts. My coworkers can easily get in touch with me, which is super helpful!

A friend told me about this app so I figured you just all had to download it and then itll sync to your employees schedule but thats not the case. You have to have this full online platform to manage your stuff. What a waste of $3 I want my money back!! ):

I really love this app, its great for switching shifts and seeing your schedule. But for $2.99 the least you can do is allow me to see everyone who is working that day. For example, I work at a restaurant and all I can see are the other hostesses, so itd be great to see servers, bartenders, and managers (basically anyone working), on that day. :) just a suggestion, but I actually here this from a lot of people I work with and others who I know have to use this for their jobs.

Drop off shifts and pick up shifts frequently and easily I basically make my own schedule

I operate 16 restaurants and we recently (1 year ago) switched to Hotschedules. Dont do it! Horrible! Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy. I am very proficient in mathematics and this program is not! Its only good for a schedule on an app for employees. I can do that through gmail or an email to all. The math behind their staffing solutions is horrible. The functionality of everything other than an employee seeing the schedule on an app is worthless. Their are better programs out there. Pass on this one. You will regret it

Can anyone tell me how I put a profile picture up? I see people with pictures in the app info but when I try to look to change mine I dont find anything.

This app works perfectly, log in is fine and swaping shifts and releasing them for the day off is no trouble at all! I just wish I would actually get notifications when I receive a message AND when the schedule gets updated

I cannot inbox no one and everyone name is popping up no name please fix it and I have updated my app also still doesnt work

The app is definitely needed to work in larger scheduling companies. Makes things a bit smoother with maintaining your schedule. Although, the app does crash, a lot.
