Force closes all the time, sends multiple reminders for a single shift, cant "authenticate" half of the time, etc. Not great. At all.

The new version is full of bugs and nothing can be accesses due to errors. Have to use the full webpage to do anything. It was never good, but now its useless.

Im a college kid, my coworkers and I work in a restaurant to pay our bills. I need EASY access to hot schedules because sadly its crucial to my life. Easy being the key word. Ever since the update I can NEVER open it. The dates dont show up and I need this stuff to work. I paid for the app, please take time to fix it ASAP! None of us are able to open it as of last night so please fix this.

I keep getting an error every time I open the app after since the last update. I also found some requests that I had not posted.

Could use various improvements / UI updates but like other then that its pretty dope and does the job .

Every single time it gets updated, it barely works for like 3 weeks then its okay. Then it gets updated again and stops working. Either get your updates right or just leave it alone!

This app crashes at least once a week for me, if not more. Its great when it works. I feel like the crashing has been more and more recently too.

Before the update this app was great. It had everything I needed and it was very convenient. Since Ive updated it, it wont even let me log on. It says that my log in fails even though all my information is right. I want my money back!

Since the update yesterday I cant open the app. It will not load

Please fix it. Just updated this app late last night, wake up this morning thinking I can view one of my new messages on there and an error message keeps showing. Even when I view my schedule. Please fix it!!!

I wrote a review about a year ago. I said how the app is very glitchy and constantly kicking you out when your in the middle of switching shifts or writing a message. I keep getting all these error messages and cant load any of the pages. This is all things that have been going on for the almost two years that Ive had the app. Can we please fix these? This is the only way we have to check our schedule. I need to look at my schedule right not and I cant get on and do anything. Very dissatisfied.

I paid for this app for work. I had no problems until the update today. wont let me log in. so annoying please fix

After update yesterday, app wont launch. Instead, Fatal SQL error at log-in screen :-( Need fix for this ASAP! Tried deleting and reinstalling, no help.

This app always has something wrong with it whether it be connecting to a server or loading a page. Fix this.

I enjoy using the service and it is usually a great way to swap or request off shifts. Unfortunately for the year Ive used this app, not one update has improved the amount of time it takes to load, random sign outs, or the whole app just simply not working due to "network errors" this happens way too often for an app at this cost. Cool features, awful performance.

It was working great for work schedules.. After this newest update I can not get the app to retrieve any data or any function whatsoever.. Please fix!!

With the new update I cant even log in to see when I work. The app just crashes. This is such a nightmare. With a paid app and a paid service, this is unacceptable.

I loved the convenience of this app until I updated it yesterday. Now it wont even open. Ive tried deleting it, reinstalling, shutting my phone on and off. Nothing.
